Low sodium barbecue pulled pork sandwich

This are great for feeding a crowd and easily accommodates even the pickiest eaters. Just make everything salt-free and set out a variety of different store-bought condiments for the salty eaters.


Servings: 1 sandwich

Sodium: About 60 mg sodium per sandwich

Time: 10 minutes if you've made the pork, buns, and sauce in advance.


Ingredients: 1 low sodium hamburger bun

2 ounces low sodium pulled pork

2 tablespoons low sodium barbecue sauce


Combine the barbecue sauce with the pork and serve on a toasted hamburger bun. Try it with some low sodium mayo-mustard spread or this delicious store bought salt free mustard. And don't forget a side of low sodium coleslaw and dill pickles. Enjoy!
