Low sodium creamy lime dressing

Servings: Makes 1/2 cup

Sodium: 17 mg per 1/2 cup

Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients: 1 tsp dry ground mustard

2 tsp sugar

1/4 cup lime juice (about 1-2 limes)

1/4 cup olive oil

2 tablespoons sour cream

Combine all ingredients in a glass jar and shake to blend. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 3 days. After that the lime can start to get a little bit bitter. If you don't want a creamy dressing, omit the sour cream and you'll have more of a lime vinaigrette that's just 2 mg of sodium per half cup.
