Low sodium steak and arugula sandwich

My low sodium steak and arugula salad, thrown between two slices of low sodium crusty cheese bread and slathered in low sodium mayo-mustard spread.


This isn't really a new recipe, just a separate blog post so you can find this sandwich easily. This is a pretty big sandwich. The bread is about 25 mg of sodium, so that's roughly 90 mg of sodium for the entire sandwich which leaves just enough room for some unsalted chips.


If you don't want to make the mayo-mustard spread, Westbrae makes a great no sodium mustard.
